What is a complaint or a dispute?
When you visit our websites, use our services, or visit a third party website for which we provide online services, we and our business partners and vendors may use cookies and other tracking technologies (collectively, “cookies”) to recognize you as a user and to customize your online experiences, the services you use, and other online content and advertising; measure the effectiveness of promotions and perform analytics; to mitigate risk; prevent potential fraud and promote trust and safety across our websites and services.
How do I submit a complaint or dispute?
If you would like to make a complaint, please send to this email disputes@domu.ai and include the following: Your full name, Contact details, Description of your Complaint, Acceptance of Terms and Disclosures and E-Sign Policy, the outcome you would like to achieve.
What happens after I submit a complaint?
We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint as soon as possible and in any case within three (3) business days of receiving the complaint. From this point, we consider your complaint to have been logged.
How long will it take to resolve?
We will endeavour to resolve the complaint on the spot or within days. We’ll keep you informed of our progress and if we’re unable to resolve your complaint within fifteen (15) days we’ll tell you that we need more time or more information from you to investigate.
